• Managed costs, timelines, and resources to create an automatic daily load file for 4000+ US employees

into the Learning Management System. Provided single sign-on authentication which significantly reduce help

desk support resulting in approximately $3,500 cost savings in the first year and $1000 per year thereafter.

Created functional specifications, test scripts, and shareholder progress documentation.

• Enterprise Administrator for Corporate Cloud Storage Environment.

• Lead the efforts across several teams in providing pricing, ERP, and infrastructure support necessary to

initiate the initial Marketing Tool Days Sales events. Established a repeatable process that is still in use to hold

successful events across over 40 locations to date.

• Initiated and managed a client server upgrade from Windows to Linux, creation of a non-production test
