PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I have been in the business of recruiting in the specialty area of Information Technology for nearly 4
years. With over 20 yrs of direct sales experience, I entered into the recruiting business without any
knowledge of business software applications and have created a streamlined process for accurate and
effective project staffing as the sole resource for staff augmentation in PeopleSoft, Oracle and Salesforce
application implementation. My areas of focus were PeopleSoft: Financials, HCM, Campus Solutions,

Apex IT, Inc is a CRM Implementation specialty firm, recently entered into the Cloud technology area
with much success in Oracle’s Sales Cloud, Service cloud and Marketing Cloud products and
Salesforce.com.
• Manage recruiting process to hire internal consultants for a variety of project requisitions
ranging from functional and technical roles in Cloud based CRM technologies: Oracle Sales
Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud (frmly: RightNow), Oracle Marketing Cloud (frmly: Eloqua), and
SalesForce.com
