Automated Reconciliation Interface (ARI)
Fortigent maintains and uses this application for keeping track of
accounts and transactions of their various clients spread over various
custodians. It also helps in reconciling, creating reports, maintaining
securities, prices etc. This application has implemented Service oriented
architecture (SOA) using various broker services. It was created for
windows based applications using WinForms, but the Object layer is now also
used for web based development, to provide more services to clients and
advisors. Used SQL reporting services to create reports for various
consumer and market trends to explain clients on how the money is flowing.
