Vogel-Noot is multinational company with main office in Austria, so I

had chance to assimilate with way of working in Europe. Some of machines

with we designed were designed for European market. We had comunication

with dilers for Italy, France, Germany and learned lot about sale criterion

in that countries. Of Course we had to work hard

to accommodate our machines to their demand. But now I m accustomed with

work in west european countries.

Main activites: design, making technical documentation, commuting

existent documentation in electronic state, participating in manufacture

organization and manage, production control, raw material supplying.

SMTR"UNIVERZAL"-s main activites are design, fabricate and assebling

of silos and silo equipment, complete livestock feed mills or there

components, shellers for maize and wide field all kinds of steel

constructions according to customer's plans or comany's own plans. At my

workplase I worked on designing of silos elements, components of livestock

feed mills, reconstruction of shellers for maize. "Univezal" have has

adopted complete production program of machines and elements which are need

for building livestock feed mils and similar lines for alimentary and

process industry. My job was using existent elements with necessary

adaption for everyone particular new construction: different investitors

requests, fitting with factory build. I worked reconstruction of existent

components owing to up dating production process owing to supplying new

productions machines and installing them in production process.

Also I participated in supplying and sale. I meanly supplied elements

which we need for our products: electric motors, diesel engines, chains,

bearings, screws; and raw materials: bars, profiles, tubes, flats...Also I

prepared complete technical documentation necessary for sale

(sertificate in compliance with technical regulations.

As part of team I was making production plans for subsequent periods:

next week day, next week, next month; and supervising production results.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD (2D and 3Dhard work experience),

SolidWorks (hard work experience).

First steps in engineering carier I spend lot time with machines.

Every begining is hard. It was normal for me to spend 90 hours per week in

workshop. It is only way to realy learn secrets of real masters.

In my curent company everything start here. In project biro, we

develope new or reconstructe some existing machines. We draw in 2D (CAD) or

model in 3D (our company main program is SolidWorks, but sometimes we have

some cooperation with other buiros and then we use AutoCAD inventor or Creo

parametric) . Then we prepare complete technical documentation, drawings of

all parts and assemblies, technologies, bills of materials. When we finish

documentation for new machine, everything is complete and defined. Next

step is purchase of materials accordings to specification, and production

can begin.

We prepare complete and clear technical documentation and there is not need

to visit production. But here is normal that engineer often be in

production. We prepare patterns for laser, programing CNC machines. Also it

is realy important to engineer well know about machines and metalworking

tools and problems in production. Then it is easier for me and for people

in production to work better together.

At the and. Proud engineer. First seria of machine which I designed, draw

documentation and technologies, control production and quality is finished.

Full truck is sold and ready to go abroad. As one of managers here said,

when we made and sold machines, then we get money and then we are happy.

company. I graduated on Mechanical Faculty. In last six years I worked as

mechanical engineer and have relevant professional experience and strong

technical background in production.

me chance to show that I can be right solution for your company. There are

lot posibilites how people can solve problem with work permision and start

to work (company sponorship). If you have interest for me, we can start

cooperation via internet, with few test jobs, and then think about

employment. Procedure for nonimmigrant visas is short and lot people do

that. It is more procedure for you and more jobs and problems, but I think

that we always have problems with documents and papers and this is not

something special.
