Role Technical support Executive
Responsibilities Handling the position of Shift Lead, making sure that
standard procedure has been followed by each and every
member of the team, thereby maintaining smooth
workflow of support process.
Identify the issue raised by the Users and resolve the
issue.
Need to perform RCA on the issue and provide
resolution to the users.
Route the ticket if the issue is not related to L2
support.
Need to monitor the tool for some severity 1 tickets
and acknowledge within 15 minutes.
Coordinate with other teams for any high impact issues
and resolve it.
Analyze the issue using SAP tools.
Update the tickets using BMC Remedy and Certido.
Attending weekly calls with the Onsite Managers for
any new updates on the Project front.
Documenting the tickets resolved and closing the
tickets on regular basis.
