automated testing and application lifecycle management tool. ITeLearn identified the need to improve the

usability, functionality and quality of the application for overall business benefits as the present website was

inefficiently functioning.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end device and application validation cycle which includes - Requirement gathering,

test plan creation, environment setup, test plan execution, log and report gathering, analysis, results

documentation, issues reporting and follow up.

Install and operate applications on Mobile Devices. Navigation through menus and configurations screens

and verify features.

Create test plan for various applications used in smartphones / tablets and execute test plan in timely

two main parts, Customer service and Collections.

In customer service, CSR will receive calls and provide information to customers on their queries. Customer

servicepart is used for inbound calls.

Collections part is used for outbound calls, where CSR will call customers and ask them to pay the balances

before due dates and collect required details for payment.

First data resource(FDR) is Mainframes backend used where the details of customers are retrieved by CSR

and can be updated when changes are done. This application serves around 2000 clients.

Part of the team for Apollo Workstation Project for General Electric, which is a highly secure, multi-tiered

Java web application.

Analyzed and identified the Test Cases based on requirement document of the application.

Prepared Test Data for positive and negative test cases.

Responsible for creation of Test Documents and Procedures.

Test Data preparation

Participated in QA team meeting and bug tracking meetings.
