and processes Acknowledgements (ACK), Clarifications (CNR), Design Layout

Records (DLR), and Firm Order Confirmations (FOC). Domestic eASR processing

is based on current industry Access Service Ordering Guidelines (ASOG)

and the REGISTRY MESSAGING SOFTWARE.

. PROJECT LEAD for developing the messaging infrastructure to

communicate to the various applications within the Customer Order

Processing System(COPS) in the IBM mainframe environment using OS390,

COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2 and the REGISTRY.

. PROJECT LEAD in the analysis design, development and implementation of

building a common repository of name and address database for the COPS

organization to access the name and address data from different

platform in the IBM Mainframe OS390, COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2 and

REGISTRY.

. Improved the performance of several DB2 programs in the Customer Order

Registration and Entry system. Rewrote several programs in the Batch

and CICS environment to improve the performance. There was a

significant cost saving on the implementation of this project using

IBM Mainframe OS390, COBOL, CICS VSAM DB2.

Systems Analyst - Relocation System

. PROJECT LEAD for the development and maintenance of Automated

Corporate Relocation System. The application was flexible and

completely table driven. Improved performance of several programs and

restructured them. IBM Mainframe OS390 . COBOL, CICS, DB2, TSO/ISPF.
