Responsibilities Preparing apartments for new tenants including improvements, repairs and cleaning.Neat and

clean painting.Spackling, repairing and replacing sheet-rock, and prepping walls for painting.Removing and

replacing ceramic tiles--both walls and floors, especially bathroom floors.General carpentry--including installing

sub-floors.

Laying Vinyl & Linoleum kitchen floor tiles.

Basic electrical repairs including changing switches, outlets and lighting fixtures.

Installation of GFCI outlets & minor wiring repairs.

Snaking and unclogging drains & waste lines.

Repairing and replacing faucets, tailpieces, basket strainers, traps, etc...

Repairing and replacing toilets and all toilet repairs.

Repairing drips and leaks, repairing, repacking and replacing valves.

kitchen sinks/basins. Clear toilet, stoppages and Replace ceiling fixtures, Repair doors, locks and replace

knobs as necessary. Replace gas range knobs or burners, Repair windows, window balances, chains, etc.

Replace defective radiator air valves and repair leaky radiator shut-off valves

Accomplishments

I have managed to repair everything that has needed repairing, I have come in contact

with this far. all windows, doors, locks, clogged toilets and sinks

Use of assorted hand and power tools, both electric and gas powered.

• Light Electrical skills - Replacing light bulbs, fixtures, smoke detectors, photocell light controls, etc.

• Light Carpentry skills - Replacing wood trim and plywood on the exterior of the buildings, sheetrock repairs,

minor gutter repair, masonry form work, window glass and screen replacements, lock replacements etc.

• Plumbing skills-: Drain cleaning from condo units and in crawlspaces of the building. Repairing broken water

lines using soldering techniques, freezing pipe repairs, etc.

• Masonry skills- Minor repairs to cracked walkways and steps, limestone window sill replacement, etc.

• Painting skills- Prep work involving protecting finishes, manipulating wood trim, spackling and sanding. Cut
