Projects Cost Analyst

I manage project funding approval, cost tracking and forecasting, and

closure. I support all capital, expense, retirement, reimbursable, and

joint venture projects within the West Coast Pipeline and Terminals

Divisions executed by either the centralized Transportation Projects

organization or Division Operations and Engineering personnel. Ensure

project funding approval requests are complete and accurate and utilize SAP

AR to obtain proper approval. Track allocation of reserve funds used for

small projects. Enter project change order requests into SAP and obtain

approval. Ensure all data in the Project Portfolio Master is complete,

accurate, and current. Accurately capture monthly costs forecasts

developed by Project leads and ensure forecasts align with other project

data. Assist Project leads in identify and tracking monthly accruals.

Complete Goods Receipts in SAP for projects executed by the Projects

organization. Coordinate project investment and closure with Fixed Assets

Accounting. Provide Project Controls procedures training and support to

project team and engineering contractors. Develop and maintain Project

Cost Reports for all projects < $2MM executed by Projects or as requested

by Project Lead. Ensure 2320 forms are complete and accurate and all

required supporting documentation is attached before entering approval

process. Ensure Supplements are approved before funds are committed.

Ensure Reimbursable Project procedure is followed for all Reimbursable

projects.

I am responsible for administrative information and selected financial

management of ConocoPhillips' environmental remediation group's business,

including support of our Western Region in achieving its goals and perform

tasks to ensure efficiencies by creating monthly, quarterly and ad hoc

management reports and queries and manipulate technical data in Excel and

Access for the site and managers. Assist with the off-site access process

by maintaining a real estate issues spreadsheet and following up with

internal customers. Conduct audits for proper Site Access Agreements as

needed. Audit California Geotracker and ConocoPhillips' Livelink system

regional records management specialist. Support the LARWQCB EAOP program

financial functions including tracking accrual, billing, complete check

requests, process invoice payments. Approve invoices for Site Managers and

spot check Livelink for backup and report upload. Manage the Risk

Management and Remediation Western Region Safety Clock and provide Site

Managers with the IMPACT Near Miss Reporting Summary. Query ENFOS system

for the Metrics Report to help track portfolio progress and data gaps for

Site Managers. As projects close, I coordinate with PTRRC to close out any

agreements for offsite wells and stop any payments.

. Track accrual change over time for work completed phase sites which

helps Site Managers trigger final closeout of projects.

. Manage and track Unocal projects each quarter by analyzing and

budgeting accrual spent for remediation work.

. Query ENFOS system for Accrual vs. 3-year budget that will help Site

Managers know when more accrual is needed.

. Create requisitions and POs in SAP for the COPA and Port Costa Wharf

projects.

Director with daily Tenant and Landlord issues/ problems according to lease

agreement.

. Developed and managed the Real Estate Site Information Database by

analyzing and collecting financial profit and loss, asset values,

appraisal vales, and lease information relating to a property using

SAP, Site Repository, and other resources.

completing the enormous project of reviewing 280+ leased contracts

within the timeframe established.

. Resolved and reviewed 56+ Surveys and Commitments for the divestment

of 500+ properties.
