Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge, the largest hotel/restaurant establishment in Alaska, with 651
guest rooms and two restaurants: the King Salmon Restaurant with capacity to serve 261 guests,
bringing in $3.7 million in food sales and $252,875 in liquor sales – all achieved within a four
month seasonal period and also the Base Camp Bistro with a capacity to serve 145 guests,
bringing in $1.5 million in food sales and $252,122 in liquor sales – also achieved within the
same four month seasonal period - accomplished and increased food and beverage sales
consistently during the four month seasonal period over the last four years.
Consultant for the Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge, the second largest hotel/restaurant
establishment in Alaska, with 325 guest rooms and two restaurants: the Edgewater with the
capacity to serve 400 guests and Trackers with a capacity to serve 150 guests, operating twelve-
months a year.
Supervised and managed over 100 food and beverage employees including supervisors in Alaska
and Louisiana.
