Created an Electronic Distribution department in Las Colinas after it
was decided to move the GDS and Internet Reservations functionality out
of the call center in San Antonio.
Created new revenue sources for La Quinta by forming partnerships with
appropriate Internet reservation portals and creating a system of
reporting, goals and support staff during this time.
Implemented the electronic reservation department project plan for 2002,
which increased gross revenue by over 40% annually by focusing on
