Surveillance of all activities related to Electrical works.

Monitor the performance of construction to ensure the respect of work standards and
project specifications.
Prepare Request For Inspection (RFI) and Co-ordinate with Project Quality
Management Division (PQMD) for Inspection.
Conduct Internal (Pre) Inspections with Site Engineer/Supervisor and make punch list
and advise required to close the punch lists prior to the client Inspection.
Conduct Inspection activities for all Electrical work Installation at site as required by
Inspection & Test Plan, Saudi Aramco Typical Test Plan (SATIP).
Ensure all works in compliance with applicable Standards & Specifications.
Check Material Preservation & Material Receiving Inspection as per Material Release
Note, Inspection Report, Test Report, Material Test Certificate, Purchase Order prior to
Installation.
Visual Inspection of Cable Trench, Cable Laying, Red tiles & Warning Tape
Installation, Cable Route Marker Post Installation.
Visual Inspection of Conduit & Cable Tray Installation(before cable pulling), Lighting
Fixtures Installation, Street Lighting & Fence Lighting Installation, All Electrical
Equipment like Transformer, Diesel Generator set, MV & LV switchgear, Motor

Coordinate and assist construction to resolve any encountered problems related to
inspection and testing activities to meet schedule and avoid any delay of activities.

Provide sufficient feedback to QA/QC Manager on the day to day quality issues.
To support the Quality Control Manager in performing the quality control activities.
Responsible for periodic inspection of Testing Equipments and ensure that only
calibrated Test Equipments are being used in construction site for measuring & testing.
Maintain records of Calibration certificates for Testing Equipments.

Maintain RFI status.
Prepare Log Book Entry & Non Conformity Report (NCR) against the Project
Specifications & Standards violation. Follow up the construction team & closeout the
Log Book Entry.
Close out the client Log Book Entry.
Review the Root Cause, Corrective action & preventive action and close out the NCR.
Prepare the punch list items for Project Mechanical Clearance Certificate & Monitor
closing of punch list items.
Coordinate with the client for punch list closure and final acceptance.
