Respectfully,
I am looking for an employer that I can find prosperity and
advancement with. I seek to be an instrumental part of a bigger picture.
The most important thing to me after the economic conditions in the past
years, is reliability. I am looking for a company that I can picture
myself retiring from many years down the road.
Thank you for taking the time to review my attached resume. I am
currently an Assistant Manager at The Home Depot and I was the Plant
Manager at Sta-Care's Solid Surface Plant for 11 years. Although my resume
is obviously strong in Production Management, Sta-Care was a relatively
small business with three plants and 150 employees. This meant that my
duties were greatly extended there, and as a result I have had a good deal
of experience in other areas such as hiring, associate development and
training, sales, and distribution.
I am currently looking to find a more consistent shift within a
business, sales, and customer service setting communicating with customers,
vendors, and colleagues. I excel at training, developing, coaching, and
performance management. This is the type of work I provided in 16 years in
the work force.
Again, thank you for your time and consideration.
