Project Description:

Humana is a leading health care provider. The future of Humana service leverages a single view of the consumer

to provide an integrated service approach where they want to meet their members where they want to be met,

meet them before they need to be met, and advise them on all of their health and wellness priorities.

Responsibilities:

Onsite Integrations Architect and Offshore Coordinator.

Working with multiple teams at the client side and developed API’s to support integration.

Project Description:

The project requires building a prototype for the Client’s Sales Service Center to provide a simple, seamless

customer experience from front end product marketing through purchase and use of a product, across multiple

contact channels. It focuses on preparation for the Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA) and the initial Open

Enrollment period. The expectation is that this change will affect the healthcare industry as a whole with a shift to

providing healthcare for everyone and an increased focus on retail markets.

It involves implementation of Obamacare, Affordable Care Act for buying and selling Health Plans.

Responsibilities:

Offshore Technical Lead.

Provided JAD sessions to the client from offshore to help understand the solution design

Implemented Task Rules Engines used to create follow up tasks, Microsites to enable individual

exposure of Sales Agents, Updating integrations to Hallmark based on ACA changes to health

plans.

Developed service processes using the Force.com FLOW manager.

Non-Profit Force is a CRM application used by Pratham U K. As an overseas chapter of Pratham

I ndia, Pratham U K focuses on fundraising to support Pratham's work in India, whilst also

maintaining the public awareness of the charity's work. Pratham UK works to engage the U K

community by holding fundraising and awareness building events throughout the year. Pratham

U K also hosts art auctions and conferences and maintains a strong young professional’s

organization. The role of CRM application becomes very significant in light of all these activities

carried on such a large scale.
