design/build turnkey construction, IT/ technology and network
telecommunications services including cabling infrastructure
installation, multi-facility construction, commissioning and post

staff level. Responsibilities included the overall project management
staff supervision of 5 nationally located construction project mangers
for the implementation of all aspects of planning, design,
engineering, professional A/E engagement, conceptual planning, site
evaluation, cost estimating, scheduling and construction inception
through project completion and close out. Projects include a full
range from new construction, renovation and rehabilitation of rental
car operational facilities, parking structures, underground fueling
UST and lubrication systems, general administrative office space,
communication facilities, on/off -Airport vehicle and terminal
customer service facilities.
Managed an $8.0 million customer service facility and parking deck
structure at Newark Airport to connect to the Airports People Mover
System, Two (2) $4.0 Million retail car sales (Big Box) super stores
in Raleigh, NC and Gilbert AZ, Major customer service and maintenance
facility expansions as well as relocations of multiple service
facilities in concert with airport landside/infrastructure projects
such as at Pittsburgh International Airport, Washington National,
Baltimore Washington International, Boston Logan, Cleveland Hopkins,
St Louis, Minneapolis and Chicago O'Hare Airports.

establishment of a statewide facilities planning / construction
program. The Facilities Planning office, under my direction,
successfully achieved integration of all state facility development
activities and provided a precise multi-year definition of the State's
office space, facilities & parking requirements. Provided overall
supervision, administration and direction of three facilities planning
& management divisions. Oversaw the planning, design, construction
and agency fit-out of approximately 6.0 million square feet of state
office space & support facilities, throughout all of New Jersey
including the major cities of Trenton, Newark and Camden.

U.S. Government- Corps of Engineers- North Atlantic
Responsible for supervision and management of engineer project
managers and technicians charged with the execution of
architect/engineer and construction contracts for the development of
design and construction projects of complex, unusual or of classified
nature essential to the National Defense of North America and/or
overseas Allied Countries. Projects ranged from medical facilities,
airfields, aircraft support to remote operations, command and control
centers in the high arctic environments. Responsibilities included
overall administration and strategic planning of a $600 million/year
military construction program. Provided technical direction and
supervision of approximately 30 engineers, project managers and
technicians.

Manager of Air Force Construction Programs, North Atlantic
US Government- Corps of Engineers
Responsible for the administration, coordination and planning of
multiple Air Force and DoD military projects prepared by
architect/engineer firms or in-house staff. Prepared and reviewed A/E
contract agreements, negotiations and project scheduling. Managed
first Department of Defense (100-year-old warehouse to 500,000
square/foot) office building renovation. The project included a $25
million new exterior skin and complete interior rehabilitation. Other
projects included multiple airfield, land and air (AOA) support and
operational facilities.
