Electrical Design of electrical/electronic systems and assemblies:

. Design and implementation of all power systems utilized on the product

line of high-speed mail-sorting machines. This includes 120, 220 &

208V AC single and three-phase, as well as all DC power required, 5 to

24V DC.

. Design and layout of printed circuit boards necessary to interface

logic to power systems and auxiliary equipment/components

. Develop concept and principal schematics & system wiring diagrams

. Specify parts and components

. Work with mechanical design group to ensure "fit" of

electrical/electronic assemblies and placement; routing of

cables/harnesses

. Designed preliminary 3D models of electrical panel assemblies

. Present new equipment for UL/ETL/CE Certification

. Assist with the development and release technical documentation

. Designed test sets/equipment for production and vendors

. Assist manufacturing with the production of new mail sorting equipment

. Assisted production team in troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
