non-performing assets. Manage and perform loan payment processing to

include pay-downs, payoffs, draw requests, escrow funding and

generation of payments to loan participants. Follow up on delinquent

accounts. Prepare, review and assemble renewed and modified loan

documents/forbearance agreements for commercial loans. Maintain
