Objective:-
I am an Energetic RF Optimization Engineer having approx 5.03 years of
working experience in telecom industry (IBS, 2G, 3G and LTE) and willing
to work in a leading telecom industry where success comes through

Professional Experience:-
Presently working in Nokia Siemens Network roll-out through Zajel
Telecommunications Co. WLL. QATAR designated as RF Design & Optimization
Engineer for "Qatar-Telecom" from 01Dec, 2011 to till date
During this time I have worked on a large project of NDIA (New Doha
International Airport) IBS project for Optimization & Team coordination and
it was my good experience to facing new challenges.
IB-Wave RF propagation & Network Designing Tool:
1. Survey & preparing the IBS design of TETRA & Cellular network for new
site.
2. RF Optimization, EIRP calculation & Link budgeting using IB-Wave.
3. Modification of site design during optimization to enhance the network
coverage.
4. Working on Auto Cad to import the layout for IB-Wave & RF
optimization.
. Working on Post Processing Tool Actix to analyze the Cellular 2G & 3G
DT Logs.
. Working on Optimization & Measurement reports for 2G, 3G, LTE & TETRA

. Coordinating on NSN part with the team for DAS & RF drive test of IBS
sites.

. Data analysis from the drive test log files, Responsible to making the
necessary changes to antenna setup (Tilt & Azimuth) to improve the
network coverage & Quality.
. Site optimization and throughput performance testing.
. Data rate check through HSDPA to verify data throughput.
. Testing Proper cell reselection check between neighbor cell IDs in
idle mode.
. Performing check of neighbor list planning.
. Finding the best possible configuration for antenna height, tilts,
azimuths for all cells in the network & thus responsible for
optimization for the network.
. Site verification of 2G & 3G using coordinates & site parameters.
. Done 3G Flexi BTS integration and commissioning and Change 3G BTS
configuration with ATM to IP.
. End to end Installation/Implementation planning.
. Responsible and dedicated to deliver the BTS Installation
Commissioning & Integration
. Working on UMTS technology. Done U900 Installation and its different
solutions(A,B, C, D, E, F and G and their different scenarios)
