I am seeking a job with a manufacturing/distribution or warehouse company where I can use my

experience as a Forklift Driver to become a valuable asset.

Qualifications Summary

• Experienced forklift operator able to receive cargo into packing area, report any overages,

shortages or damages from the delivery to the appropriate agents, and follow packing instructions

as indicated by paperwork.

• Extremely skilled at building the appropriate shipping crates for export by road, sea or air and to

properly use scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) from that delivery.

• Capable of prolonged physical activity, fast problem solver, ability to meet deadlines and

efficiently work with others in the department.

Fork Lift Operator: February 2013 - September 2013, Mission Produce, Oxnard, CA

• Report directly to the Operations Manager.

• Carefully load materials for packing onto conveyor.

• Pick and Pull bins of fruit from coolers and ripening rooms for loading in packing.

• Other responsibilities include: Handling and organizing all materials to minimize damage,

operating forklift equipment and performing routine maintenance during down time, operation of

bagging and boxing machines, and daily checklist of forklift safety and maintenance.

Independent Contractor: Mar 2001 - May 2011, Fox Valley Contractors, Lake Ozark, MO

• Responsibilities included: Using heavy duty forklift to raise materials and tools up to four stories.

• Operate BOOM lift (Genie) to wrap buildings in tyvek.

• Operate bobcat for leveling terrain and moving tools and materials.

• Build scaffolding up to five stories.

• Followed all steps to the application of EIFS (stucco)
