HUD and REAC. Reviewed HUD reporting and maintained communication with
Monitoring Agent and Owner related to reporting/ inspections.

o From 2003 to 2006 I performed all duties of Property Manager. Shortly after being hired
the Partner organized a core team to help realize regional growth goals. I was recognized
as part of this team and therefore accepted the assignment of Certified Training Associate
(CTA). As a CTA I provided; management training, mentoring, software training, online
software support, due diligence leadership and compliance auditor.
o CTA duties were performed in addition to my responsibilities as Property Manager.
