I oversee and perform transportation engineering operations such as training other employees;

construction inspection; complex maintenance contract inspection; highly advanced design; traffic

engineering design and data analysis; surveying; bridge inspection; bridge structural analysis;

construction record auditing; plan review; Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E)
