application outages, server & application availability and capacity by utilizing Uptime software.

Set up service monitors and service groups on Linux and Windows Networks to measure availability and outages.

Developed a set of Key Performance Indicators for measurement and analysis by gathering requirements and

facilitating meetings between various teams in the department.

Developed dashboards and reports to show the performance of the networks, and the variance in compliance to

the Service Level Agreements.

attacks in case of agentless monitoring.

Project Management

Developed a Project Charter for a National Retail Corporation using MS Project providing (1) statements of

build-out, scope, objective and participants, (2) preliminary delineation of roles and responsibilities, and (3)

outline of project objectives.

Information Systems Policies and Strategies

Performed a detailed comparison of various Requirements Elicitation Techniques, analyzing and highlighting the

tradeoffs between the techniques. Presented this comparison as a research paper in DePaul University.

Proposed improvements in BMW’s business & IT strategies, and presented a case study at DePaul University.

System Analysis and Design

Developed a Tour Scheduling System for large groups using Use Case Diagrams and Domain Models.

Built a library management system using MySQL database and incorporating ODBC drivers as translation layer .

Simulated the HRMS module of PeopleSoft 9.0 and CRM module of Microsoft Dynamics AX to understand the
