2012-2014-THE GEAR WORKS-Inspector
Worked in all aspects of inspection using inside/outside Micrometers,
Calibers, Angle Gauges and multiple hands tools ECT... In the last year I
was learning the operation and running of their three coordinate-measuring
machines (CMM), "Gleason, Brown & Sharpe and Wenzel". Inspections included
Gears, shafts, small parts and wind generator equipment. Another part of
my daily duties were to do First Article inspections on material and
equipment after it passed receiving. At The Gear Works, we've been working
to AGMA specification. "The Gear Works" is also an ISO 9001 certified shop.
The Gear Works specializes in small quantity, high precision gear projects.

shipping of the companies products domestically and foreign.
2003 to 2008 -MAYES TESTING ENGINEERS, Inc. - Special Inspector
Five years of heavy construction and construction related experience
with a position as Owners Representative for support of projects in
building construction involved with architectural, civil, structural,
and utilities with experience in design-build projects. Knowledgeable
in: OSHA, environmental regulations, construction standard practices
and techniques, quality requirements, applicable codes and standards,
construction standard practices, and construction contracts. Ability
to interface with contractors, designers, vendors, and other parties
connected to project and accurately appraise technical situations and
recommend resolutions to problems. Projects included Bonny Lake High
School, Bellevue Lincoln Square, Washington Mutual Tower, seismic
upgrade for Henry M. Jackson Federal Building, and worked on projects
at Boeing Plants in both Everett and Renton along with a variety of

piping fabrication including monitoring adherence to corporate and
customer Quality Control Manual, interface with client inspectors and
ASME Authorized Inspector, reviewed engineering documents for
compliance to customer and code specifications, vendor site NACE
surface coatings inspection, welder certification with maintenance of
welder continuity log, file upkeep for applicable contract documents,
