Description:
This system will to reduce human efforts in tracking and informing the availability of books in the college library to students. Application is to automate the library transactions using mobile phones. In this system as soon as user (Student) registered to the institution his/her account will create, provided with unique username, password. Once the user got registered with the organization they can avail this facility. Whenever user wants some book, they can check the availability of that book through their mobile. If that book is available, they can reserve the book by setting priority. Priority will be kept for 2 days that means within 2 days the user has to take that book otherwise priority will be removed. System also send alert message to the user about the last due date and priority expiration date.

RTN (Reference TV Navigator) is a Set-top box based User Interface Application, which can be navigated through the remote. It has different applications like IPG, Zapper, Settings, Video On Demand, Parental control and Favourites.
The RTN UI performance project is targeted for improvement of performance of Cronus set-top box. In RTN there are various user interface applications like EPG, zapper, setting, parental control, which takes more time to load and launch the application. To improve the performance, the various modules are redesigned and implemented.

Description:
Canteen Management System (CMS) for Manipal Institute (MIT) is a terminal based application used for managing college canteen. MITCMS is used to generate coupons for students, who flash their unique identification cards to the POS terminal at canteen to avail services like Breakfast/Lunch/HiTea/Dinner/ Items (cakes, chocolates, etc).
The POS terminal is an embedded system connected to a centralized system (Server) using local area network (LAN). Terminal reads Student ID and then generates the required meal coupon. When student flash unique identification card, student details are validated in the terminal and food coupons are generated based on the timings of the day, i.e. either Breakfast/Lunch/HiTea/Dinner. Every transaction details are sent to the server and corresponding reports are generated
