Resume of Barry Montville retired Milwright
**** - **** ***** *** ******** of family horse ranch in Jupiter, Fl. The operation of the ranch
consist of overseeing the, training and breeding of horses, management of the rental houses on
the property, all maintenance required to maintain the units in top condition, painting, plumbing,
electrical, tractors, skid loaders, trucks, small machines and hand tools. Managed three to five
employees, trained in proper procedures to use equipment and safety on the job.
1997-1998 Retired Millwright, sub contracted to Container Terminals in Nassau, Bahamas.
Maintenance supervisor for the terminal, job consisted of bringing the maintenance up to Palm
Beach standards for all the equipment and buildings. Created a safe work site and comply with
all island regulation. Safety classes for the use of all the fork trucks, small and large, cranes and
rigging. Maintain the terminals equipment hydraulic, electrical, generators and all chassis. The
contract was completed and returned to Fl.
1994-1997 University of Delaware, contacted me to sub contract in adult education program they
were preparing for Chrysler Corporation in their skill trades part of the union. The program
required the eight skill units to be reduced to four trades. The program I was involved in was the
electro-hydraulic,precision measurement, plumbing, pneumatics systems, and basic electrical
trouble shooting. The program was completed and returned to Fl.
1978-1993 Montville Enterprises Incorporation, started with a fleet of twelve taxi cabs and thirty
to forty employees. Maintained the units in own shop and started a complete auto repair division
for the public, European and domestic autos. Maintain all family rental property. Company
started a marine division that repair and service small and large vessels. Preformed all
maintenance require from, engine exchange, rebuild, hull repair both wood and fiberglass, all
running gear inside the hull and outside,shaft, struts, bearing, props and all paint work. I sold off
the parts of the company and moved to fl., took a year off before returning to the work force.
1972-1978 Returned from active duty in the US Army and returned back to work for Chrysler
Corporation in Delaware and worked in the plant as a driver.
1969-1972 Active duty in US Army as a combat engineer.
1967-1969 Graduate high school and went to work for Chrysler Corporation in Delaware.
