Wyndham Hotel Group is the world's largest and most diverse hotel company.

Vice President, Technology Services

Responsible for providing Technology Services to 7400+ hotels globally.

These services include central reservations, search and availability, rates

and inventory, etc. They are delivered to all partners via multiple

channels including web, mobile and voice. Also responsible for all WHG

compliance activities, DC operations, infrastructure and network

architecture, managed property technology and release/change management.

Restructured the team by contracting two separate outsourcing vendors to

provide level 1 and 2 support for all technology services. This allowed

the FTE's to focus on capital projects and strategic initiatives while also

being available for any level 3 support required. Developed the first

disaster recovery and business continuity plan for the Hotel Group.

Created the ongoing compliance program for the Hotel Group. The plan

produced the yearly PCI certification for the organization along with

adhering to all SOX and PII regulations. Helped drive an IT and business

partnership that was key in creating the first joint long term roadmap for

the organization. Created a dedicated team to provide a standardized

technology footprint for all Wyndham managed properties so that all

technology services at the properties were supportable and available 24/7.

Strategic responsibilities include the creation of a private cloud

infrastructure that will provide a secure and scalable SaaS solution for

all properties. This will allow for the continued global growth of the

company whether organically or through acquisition.
