Performed as senior enlisted forces flight leader and mentor, supported the Air Force’s largest bomb wing. Supported 40 associate units, including HQ AF Global Strike Command, HQ Eighth Air Force and the 917th Wing. Led over 50 Airman securing AFGSC’s largest mass parking and munitions storage area with $4.9B in assets. Provided command and control of on-duty security forces protecting a 22,000 acre installation with over 40,000 military, civilian, retired and family members. Reviewed all enlisted performance reports, decorations citations and retraining personnel actions for the flight. On scene commander at multiple medical emergencies, directed security forces, emergency medical personnel therefore preserving victim lives. Directed Force Protection duties at USAFE’s largest Air Base covering 3,032 acres. Ensured compliance with DOD, USAFE, USEUCOM, USAFE FP security criteria. Supervised 150 plus law enforcement cases, edited reports, and ensured accurate resolve. Coordinates personal, force protection and antiterrorism matters in conjunction with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, DET. 501/Protective Service Detail. Creates training plans and evaluates compliance with the Air Force and local standards, instructions and directives. Hand-picked by Sq/CC to supervise and lead implementation of 33-person COMUSAFE Flight. Coordinated 70 plus visits for high ranking individuals and all their guest.
