Monitored and trained staff of 180 at 70 sites for all property safety issues. Performed facility audits to ensure compliance with

OSHA standards, including handling of hazardous waste. Worked with both California and Hawaii HUD. Communicated directly

with site facility managers, contractors, vendors, suppliers, government agencies, and insurance companies. Coordinated with

human resources on workmen’s compensation accidents.

Supervised custodial and maintenance staff of 10 for two manufacturing facilities. Served as primary contact for vendors and

suppliers for HVAC, roofers, painters, janitorial, landscaping, and vending machines. Coordinated with government agencies

including police and fire. Purchased all supplies.

Administered security badge system. Supported IT team with equipment setup, maintenance, tagging, and tracking. Trained forklift

operators. Originally hired as janitor and promoted after three years.

Oversaw safety issues including audits, CPR, first aid, fire, and OSHA compliance.

Hired and worked directly with general contractor to coordinate extensive multi-million dollar remodeling

project, as well as associated internal moves. Assessed furniture options such as ergonomics, floor plans, and
