. Serves as JRAAC security officer against all attacks especially cyber.

. Serves as Configuration Manager.

. Serves as Program Manager / Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) -

review/write Statements of Work (SOW) and interact with both contractor

and government personnel.

. Designs, integrates, evaluates, troubleshoots and implements new and

innovative software and hardware used for technical and scientific

applications on emergent problems such as the development and application

of Modeling and simulation (M&S), geospatial systems (GIS), and other

tools to predict threat weapons behaviors, bridge intelligence gaps

and/or predict intelligence impact. Interacts with system engineers to

ensure adequate data is available, and identifies, analyzes, and develops

methodologies and tools utilizing the various architectures necessary to

meet customer requirements.

. Generated and consumed web services to help the agency accomplish its

. Utilized Oracle Portal and database for the gathering and dissemination

of information and or products in an effort to standardize data, and push

that data to the edge via the MSIC Product Catalog program. The Product

Catalog is now the "heartbeat" of MSIC by the fact that all products are

gathered, managed, and disseminated utilizing this tool.

. Technical Point of Contact for The Product Catalog. Oversaw a team of

contractors and civilian personnel, which help develop my managerial

skills and abilities.

. Create Statements of Work (SOW) for contractor support; communicated with

the contracting department on certain tasks. Implemented corporate

decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in development of the

project.

. Served as the Point of Contact/Project Manager for contracts of over

$100,000. Oversaw contracts, budgets, and personnel. Assured contractor

compliance with technical provisions and specifications.
