-Responsible for managing a entire shipping department approx 15 full time, 4 part time
-Managed a crew to set up orders of produce for high end customers, wal-mart, loblaws,
costco,trader joe etc..
-Responsible for prioritizing multiple loads on the same truck for on time accurate shipping
-Responsible for hiring, firing, disciplinary actions and promotions within my department
-Ensured the safety of all forklifts and drivers was being followed on a daily basis, also -Ensured all
