Experienced in the support and management of ACAT and non-ACAT programs.

Provide all aspects of contracts administration for both Industry as well

as government. Provided direct, on-site support to PEO IWS from the O-6

level and below including authoring/Co-Authoring JCIDS, SAMP and other

acquisition related documentation. Worked with NAVSEA security to ensure

DD254's were prepared correctly and placed on the appropriate contract

vehicles. Work closely with AIR-2.0 and SEA 02 to include proposal

. Prepare proposals for large Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and

sources sought for both Prime and Subcontract, conduct contract

negotiations for both Prime and Subcontract, and administer government
