Description Portaltech reply is one of major clients of
Metacube. Portaltech Reply is a world leader in
ecommerce Implementation and Multi-Channel
Consulting with offices in London, Seattle,
Dusseldorf and Milan.
As an offshore testing team lead of Portaltech
reply, I worked on major projects of Delhazie,
Iceland,and Monsoon. Most of the projects were
related to e-commerce domain and thus required
hybris expertise to test an application.

there was a requirement in an ongoing
project of collecting the data from
various databases in various formats and
further merging it into a single
database having a different format. Data
Conversion was aimed at verifying that
the conversion of data was successful.
It was an oracle based project and TOAD
was used as the backend to run the
queries and keep a check on the data.

Applications MI Origination system was used to originate new MI
Primary applications in PMI and CMG. It also deals
with maintenance of attributes of MI application.
MI Origination system provided Data Entry screen
which allowed customers to enter data for creating
and completing a new MI request and perform UW
activities. SOA QA team carried out detailed
testing on all the components created as part of MI
Origination application. Web service testing was
used ensure the Immaculate transformations from
Database to the Service layer so that the proper
functioning of the whole application is viable.
