Title:AUTOMOBILE THEFT TRACKING USING GSM,GPS AND ZIGBEE
DESCRIPTION
• In view of theft of automobiles,a theft tracking system with an advanced warning system
has been designed.When vehicle is started, it vibrates and the vibration are sensed by
vibration sensor.This triggers the MCU which in turn triggers the GSM and GPS
module.The GSM sends an alert message to the owner,the owner then replies with a
message for either turning on the alarm or turning off the engine.The GSM then sends the
location details of vehicle in short interval of time.ZIGBEE as an alternate has overcome
the difficulty of poor network coverage.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
• Attended workshop on ANDROID conducted by BLUE EMINENCE in association with
Guwahati at CSI College Of Engineering,Ketty.
• Presented a paper titled”AUTOMOBILE THEFT TRACKING USING GSM,GPS AND
ZIGBEE”in the THIRD NATIONAL CONFERENCE on Information and Technology at
INFO Institute of Engineering,Coimbatore.
