development initiatives underway at the college. Establish guidelines to ensure that the software services
department is responsive to the needs of its constituents and that we resolve all issues, whether bugs or
application requests, in a timely manner. Manage the Enterprise ERP system and train users in the use of
the various ERP modules. Develop custom reporting solutions and user defined applications for our
business departments. Set up, administer, customize and upgrade the various CAMS ERP portals.
