* Inspection of high precision In-house Components of First Article

inspection (FAI), Incoming parts, Welding Components and Final

inspection

* Liaise some Quality related issues with supplier to meet customer

requirement

* To prepare Inspection Control Plan, NCR Reports, ATP

* Assisting with engineer about project daily status.

* Prepare for internal and external product quality audit and follow up

with their comments and implement corrective and preventive action

* To Do Sourcing Inspection & Onsite Verification at supplier companies

* Ensure proper record of Defective Report, Drawings, Tooling list,

filing system, KIV's and corrective actions are updated promptly

* Assist in the delivery of small item.

* Maintain proper system for Q.C related issues.

PG Project

An Experimental Investigation on Friction Stirs Welding of Dissimilar

Aluminium Alloy of AA6082 and AA7075 Weldments.

DESCRIPTION:

Dissimilar AA6062 and AA7075 (T6) alloys have been friction stir

welded with different process parameters. In particular, the effects

of materials position and welding speed on the micro hardness

distribution and tensile property of the joints were investigated.
