training and qualifying certified installers. Was responsible for the design/Integration of over 140 Combined Heat and
Power Fuel Cells into both Residential and Commercial buildings. Managed 15+ active projects at any given time.
Managed projects primarily in California with occasional requirements in the Midwest, Austria and Korea.

Provide plant and equipment maintenance as well as responsibility for grounds, IT and phones.
Significant contributions include the reduction of emergency downtime on primary equipment by greater
then 80% while bringing the budget from 25% over to 5% under in 6 months.
In addition through guarding and safety awareness we were able to improve our safety rating from #12
inside the Milgard divisions to #1 and we also won the Masco Safety Rising Star award for our
improvements in Safety.
