OBJECTIVE

To contribute to an organization that can use a concrete superintendent of my skill set.

With the experience I possess. I would like to help the right company grow or expand in to

new areas and help to maintain and create new relationships with clients.

EXPERIENCE

SUPERINTENDENT. Donleys Concrete Group, Raleigh, NC (May 2001 Present)

Managed multiple projects for this organization, and acheived the total satisfaction of all

customers. Excelled in managing crews, controlling budgets, assuring quality control,

managing materials, scheduling subcontractors, coordinating with general contractors and

customers, and completing paperwork including production sheets, time sheets, look

aheads, safety audits, and GC required documentation.

SUPERINTENDENT. Atlas Resource Management, Fayetteville, NC (July 1999 May

2001) Managed all phases of construction for the new check point facilities located on Ft.

Bragg. Worked closely with the Corp of Engineers while maintaining schedule and

budgets.

LEAD CARPENTER/FOREMAN. Duracon. Raleigh, NC (Dec 1997 July 1999) Started

off as a lead carpenter responsible for the layout, excavation, rebar, anchor bolts, and the

pouring of spread footings, pile capps, grade beams and slabs. Layout of tilt up walls.

After 6 months was promoted to site foreman.

FORM CARPENTER. Miller Building, Fayetteville NC (March 1996 Dec 1997) Formed

walls and slab edges, excavated footings, prepped SOG, set anchor bolts, and learned

how to do layout.

PROJECTS

T.R.I.P. Charleston International Airport: crew size 2 asst supeintendents 30 employees.

Tasked with a 16,000 sf 2 story addittion to the B terminal and a 22,000 sf 3 story infill

building between the A terminal and the main airport lobby with addittional concrete

renovations in the interior of the airport.

BOEING. Charleston, SC. : crew size 20

100,000 sf addition to the engine housing manufacturing facility. This project required

super flat floors with shake on hardener. We acheived this using a truss screed system

and a mechanical shaker.

SHOWA DANKO. Ridgeville, SC. : crew size 20, 2 subcontractors

A carbon manufacturing facility that had deck pours at an elevation over 90' and pits wtih

walls over 20' tall.

CHESTER COUNTY SCHOOLS. Chester County, VA. : crew size 3 foreman, 15

employees

Oversaw the restoration of 8 middle school gymnasiums for damge caused by the

earthquake that hit Richmond.

TRAINING

Completed the OSHA 30 hour course, CPR and first aid, hold forklift, aerial lifts, and

excavation equipment licenses. I am a skilled operator with several types of construction

equipment to include bobcat, backhoe, trackhoe, forklift, etc. I am knowledgeable with

many computer programs to include MS Office, Citrix, and Field Work Commander. I have

also been trained in jobsite ethics, sexual harassment, and management techniques.

PERSONAL

I am an articulate, experienced individual with strong communication skills. I have the

ability to solve problems and finish projects in a timely manner. I have a reputation for

dependability, honesty and dedication. I have excellent references. In my spare time, I

have coached recreational and travel softball teams as well as volunteered as an umpire.

Am willing to relocate worldwide on long term assignments. I also hold safety as the

number one priority of the position I hold.
