JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Batching of concrete as per the details given by dispatcher.
2. Making the mix-design as per the Q.C requirement.
3. Entering the material put though the bins
(CEMENT,ADMIXTURES,MICROSILICA,)
4. Monitoring the activities in and around the plant
LABORATORY TECHNICIAN MARCH 2009 TO JULY2010
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitoring the quality of concrete for ongoing work on daily basis
2. Coordinating with the cube makers from the site for better quality
production
3. Checking SLUMP and TEMPRATURE of concrete in plant after batching
4. Checking cube strength in compression machine on daily basis
5. Checking of moisture in sand on daily basis
6. Updating the cube strength and entering cube results after compression
test
7. Doing SPECIFIC GRAVITY, SATURATED SURFACE DRY test for aggregate
(10mm,20mm)
8. Doing SIEVE ANALYSIS FOR AGGREGATE AND FINE AGGREGATE.
9. Coordinating with concerned people for CALBRATION CERTIFICATE for
Concrete
Batching Plant and Laboratory Equipment such as (Thermometers,
compression machines
Batching Plants, Weight Bridge etc.)

including thermometers, weight scales,, and material handling

. Worked with department supervisors to help troubleshoot problems
