COMPUTER SKILLS
Computers: Over 20+ years Macintosh support experience, and over 7
years Windows support experience. I have been a Macintosh hardware and
software troubleshooter for most of my career. I also have supported
WindowsXP and Windows7 Windows8 & 8.1 workgroups and computer labs. I have
built and deployed duel-boot systems on the Mac. I have Ghost imaging
experience for the PC. Deploy Studio server deployment for Mac. I have
years of experience managing and creating FileMaker Pro databases,
Including training in FileMaker 11, Created solutions with FileMaker 12.
Experienced in using UNIX 4.2 and 4.3 BSD back in college, more recently
with Ubuntu installing wordpress using Vi and MySql, Apache and PHP.
Excellent at Excel graphing and pivot tables. I have managed hardware bug
database in Oracle and ran meetings daily with engineer and management team
on resolution of development issues. I have managed small teams of
technicians to perform upgrade and rework procedures. I have created
quarterly operations review presentations for R&D organizations.
Coordinated the on-line development of UCSC Extension by working with
instructors to record their lectures. Managed a multi-media studio for
UCSC Extension. Created procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding of
staff.
Applications: FileMaker Pro, Macromedia Authorware, Microsoft Excel, Oracle

implementation of genetic algorithms programmed in HyperTalk. My interests
are on sensation, perception, engineering psychology and human-computer
interaction.
