10/2000 – 10/2013: Human Resources Manager/Benefits at Crowe Horwath LLP, top ten accounting firm with
around 2500 employees across the United States, with Human Resources Department in South Bend, Indiana.
Starting in 2000 as a Human Resources Administrator, I was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2008.
9/1993 – 9/2000: Customer Service/bookkeeping at Ford Music and Vending, Inc., a wholesale distribution
business with approximately 15 employees operating in South Bend, Indiana. My duties included sales and
processing of orders, invoicing and collection of payments, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
1992 – 1993: FCC Board Operator/Traffic at WAMJ Talk 1580, a small radio station located in South Bend,
Indiana, with a focus on political and sport broadcasts. As a very small station it was required that everyone
operated the broadcast booth as well as recorded advertising spots. My primary duties included managing the
office and maintaining the on-air log.

2010 to present: WGU Indiana: Working towards a BA in Business Administration with Human Resources
concentration. Courses completed include Business Law, Business Ethics, Communications, with college credit
