Working as QA Assistant trainee in Elite Natural Pvt Ltd,Hosur from Feb 2014 to present.
Responsibilities
Inspects and monitors quality of Rusk/Bread such as temperatures, consistencies,
raw material, weights, compliance with food quality control and sanitation standards
and procedures.
Develops and monitors the HACCP program and other records related to HACCP.
Monitors all production areas to ensure compliance with established HACCP policies
and procedures; stops any operation not meeting food quality control standards.
