Director of Operations at SPS Technologies, a division of Precision Castparts Corp a Fortune 500 company . Leads a team of

10 direct reports and 300 hourly employees for a $70M - $80M high volume aerospace fasteners manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities include; full operational P&L, hiring/firing decisions, plant performance, strategic business plans, supply chain,

maintenance, safety, environmental and legal compliance.

Designed an environmental assessment tool predicting the spread of nuclear contamination during relief efforts for

Operation Tomodachi (Japan Tsunami). First of its kind.

Selected as primary Battle Watch Captain during deployment. Provided the Admiral with situational a wareness

worldwide.

Facilitated the completion of a $3M facilities renovation project 1 month ahead of schedule and $200K under budget.

Launched the Fleet Operations contribution to the analysis of alternatives for satellite data retrieval onboard all Navy

capital ships.

Director of Operations - Senior Operations Officer directing all operations, engineering, hiring, quality and customer

support for a technical support knowledge center supporting global operations across all warfare areas. Planned and

administered a $9.5M budget.

Spearheaded the initiative to market knowledge center capabilities across SPAWAR. Result: Program revenue growth

topped 100% for both FY05 and FY06.

Generated $1.2M in savings within a 2 year period through implementation of Lean and Six Sigma principles.

NAVAL PACIFIC METOC CENTER, San Diego, CA Jan2001 – Jan2004

Assistant Director of Operations - Hand-picked to lead the 24/7 day to day operations of a 100 person production floor

providing global operational support during OIF/OEF.

Developed the Navy’s first integrated Strike Group training instruction aligning training standards across both East

and West Coast Aircraft Carrier Strike Groups and directly improving naval force readiness.

Managed and trained over 30 combat ready Navy METOC teams for worldwide deployment (30 officers, 30 chiefs

and 100+ sailors).
