Industrial Engineer Senior

• Started out with three but eventually became sole full-time Scheduler on Palmdale F-22 Mods (MRO)

program.

• Analyzed tasks, created WBS then developed and maintained logic driven and resource loaded MS Project

schedules for up to six aircraft at a time. Schedule for each aircraft consisted of between 2,500 and 3,000

lines of data.

• Coordinated with Production Planning and Materiel business units, to ensure all data and Return-to-Vendor

items were available to the production floor in time for their intended use.

• Part of three-man team that totally revamped the entire F-22 modification process in two months. Estimated

to save between 5,000 and 10,000 manhours per aircraft.

• Obtained weekly statuses on aircraft progress and audited aircrafts to ensure status update accuracy.

• Created reports to measure progress to activities and milestones, performed various analyses and risk

assessments, then facilitated weekly meetings and communicated statuses to senior management and

customer regarding progress, risks, and delays against plan.
