Hillsborough County School Board- (After school teacher, & administration assistant). My
duties for this job were to make after school program the place for kids to have a great time,
& assuring to the parents that there children were in good hands. Lesson plans, outside
activities, indoor activities, & building the child to be above the influence. Payroll,
attendance, timesheets, & weekly schedule made for the children, & staff. Welcoming
parents, in & out the door. Also, to make emails or phone calls to notify of their children’s
behavior, health, or personal payments due date. – Start date: July, 2010-Feburary, 2012. Pay

Florida Orthopaedic Institute- (Front Desk Representative). My duties for this job were to
check patients in, & out while getting treated with service from Physician’s at the facility. I
would have to verify insurances first, or secondary. Confirm what body part the patient was
being seen for, also sent patients for MRI’s, CT scans, X-ray’s, or any other location the
patients will need to get treated for. Paperwork was put together for Ep, Po, Nppo, Sx, Pr, En,
Enpo, Epos &Oppo patients. Co-payments were taken before the patients were seen. Also,
phone calls were made to verify insurances, body parts, surgery dates, or to just simply get in
touch with the patients references for a ride. – Start date:February, 2012-Feburary, 2013. Pay

JCIII & Associates/JPMC Bank- (Document Retrieval Reviewer & Forensic Underwriter).
My duties for this job were to capture documents, & upload them for our customer.
Documents were placed in order by page, & also determined if they were partial, or full.
Certain documents such as the Closing Note, Application 1003, Approvals, Appraisal, or
HUD-1 were captured. Once file has been completed then files were sent to chase for review
for the mortgage. Win packages, & Executive Summaries were built for VP’s to determine

• Good Choice Preservation: (Mortgage Bid Processor 1 & Customer Service). My duties
for this job were to process bids for grass cuts, shrubs, Trees, mortgage damages internal,
& external. Also, for debris to the property, & verify if the Contractor did the work order correctly
or at all. Many programs have been used for this position such as Zillow, Cost Estimator,
Microsoft excel, Preserve-Soft, & making numerous amounts of calls to our contractors to verify
