• Identified, nurtured and delivered a $4MM to $8MM annual DoD Vehicle

program for FRP Principle. Cultivated project through development through

OEM’s Product Engineering and Procurement, while establishing FRP Principle’s

credibility with 4 other divisions (Off Road, Fire, Airport, and Tow Truck), for one of

the largest vehicle manufacture’s in NA.

• Initiated contact, developed and gained a Survey Visit to Composite / FRP

principle, by one of the most recognizable Worldwide Vehicle Manufacturers of

Truck, Bus, and Off-Road & Construction Vehicles. As relationship grows, it will

lead to an ever growing amount of annual business within the various divisions.

• Championed the use of TPE and TPO compounds for Automotive Running

Board applications with automotive OEMs. Established Custom Compounder

principle as sole source supplier to Chrysler, Hyundai NA in North America and

GM globally through a Canadian based OEM.

• Identified and teamed with Materials Engineering to gain UL 94 approvals,

leading to commercialization of flame retardant compounds (V2 PP thru VO –

Non Hal LDPE) for convoluted tubing, to exceed $2MM annual sales

• Forged new Automotive sealing applications for TPE’s and achieved 10

GM approvals for heating and cooling applications.

• Established and grew Wood / Polymer composite applications – for

Injection molding and Extrusion, and commercialized the first Wood Composite

Sheet Application for Agricultural housing.

• Established sole source supply position to multi-million dollar

manufacturer of semi rigid PVC pipe liner’s for flexible PVC Compounder /

Principle

• Established and developed filled Olefin compound business for lawn and

garden applications to $8MM annually in sales
