Key Contributions:

. Documentation and record keeping.

. Daily basis LPO tracking system.

. Receipt and dispatch of goods.

. Counts, weights and measures goods received or issued.

. Ensure correct stock rotation and that issues are affected on a first

in, first out basis.

. Ensure that all issues are made against materials requisitions and

that no items leave the storeroom without the appropriate

. Conduct monthly catering reports and send to concern department.

. Prepare catering staff time sheet on a daily basis and forward end of

the month to HR Department

. Count and verify money received from cashier.

. Prepare bank deposit slips for security escort service and general

Cashier's daily report.
