Mar 2011 - Present, Team Lead/Lead Imagery Analyst for Theater Support
Team, Afghanistan/Pakistan Task Force, Operational Intelligence LLC,
Reston, VA
Provided multi-intelligence analysis and fusion in support of counter-IED
efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units,
integrating existing national-level products and databases to provide an
enhanced level of information support.
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting aerial and ground imagery, and
for providing Intelligence expertise and support for deployed personnel and
Military units with respect to the counter improvised explosive device
(IED) mission, narcotics production and terrorist network defeat
operations.
Fuse the esoteric aspects of military, political, economic and social
(MPES) parameters and how they affect/influence the proliferation of global
homemade explosives (HME) while applying a multi-faceted ageospatial
approach to support counter-IED initiatives.
Assisted in the creation of fused products which incorporated SIGINT,
HUMINT and MASINT data to provide detailed responses for intelligence
requirements for Afghanistan, Pakistan and other global areas of interest.
Provide multispectral, radar and optical imagery expertise in response to
short suspense requirements and other key government requirements.
Provided imagery products used to analyze IED trends and technologies.

Created numerous briefings and white papers on the Intelligence Community,
intelligence collection methods, intelligence assets (tactical to national
level), intelligence exploitation and dissemination, intelligence reporting
and managing collection requirements.
1997-2000: Imagery Requirements Analyst/Intelligence Analyst, Booz Allen
Hamilton, McLean, VA
Analyzed the performance of national imaging sensors in order to identify
problems and develop new strategies to improve the daily and long-term
tasking of imagery requirements.
Prepared briefings, articles and reports for the Geospatial Community on
the performance of national imaging sensors.
Provided HQ Marine Corps' Imagery, Plans and Policy Division with staff
papers, decision memorandums, executive summaries and briefings on
collection management, future imagery systems, imagery exploitation and
intelligence production and dissemination.
Supported the Customer Information Needs Assessment process for CENTCOM.
This detailed assessment was used to identify shortfalls and develop
improvements to current/ future intelligence system architectures.
1977-1997: U.S. Army, Intelligence Officer (35C/35D) VA, NJ, Saudi Arabia,

Responsible for intelligence collection, imagery and all source analysis,
national and tactical imagery exploitation and reporting, collection
management, and management of theater / national collection assets.
Planned and coordinated current and future use of national imagery assets
to support decision-makers, Unified Commands, and operational units'
imagery requirements.
Managed highly sensitive, special operations requirements for the Secretary
of Defense. Coordinated imagery support for civil applications for
disaster preparedness and environmental studies.
Created two major Intelligence studies on the Ukraine and Republic of
Georgia and incorporated imagery data and all source intelligence reports.
Created counterterrorism update messages while working in the National
Military Joint Intelligence Center.
As G2 for III Corps Support Command, prepared numerous studies,
intelligence estimates and briefings, both in garrison and while deployed.
Wrote the COSCOM Intelligence estimate used for units deploying to Bosnia.
As the Echelon Above Corps Intelligence Center Chief, provided all source
intelligence products, studies, plans and target folders for the Third U.S.
Army. Personally responsible for overseeing collection management,
counterintelligence and signals intelligence support for the 513th M.I.
Brigade.
Managed national and theater-level intelligence collectors/resources during
peacetime and during Operation Desert Storm while serving as the
Intelligence Center Chief for the 513th M.I. Brigade.
During Desert Storm, assisted in the creation of a detailed Intelligence
Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Created
fused intelligence estimates and reports that incorporated IMINT, HUMINT,
and SIGINT analysis. Personally coordinated the collection and reporting
of tactical and national imagery of critical targets, key transport nodes
and enemy combat forces. Personally conducted internal and external
briefings for allied and coalition forces in theater.
Researched and prepared the intelligence portion on the Combat Service
Support Mission Area Threat document for the Quartermaster School.
Provided intelligence support to the Directorate of Combat Developments by
identifying the potential threats to the Close Combat Heavy and Light
Mission Area Analyses.
Identified enemy capabilities and threats to new Quartermaster material
acquisitions. Created threat assessment for new concepts and studies.
Reviewed all Quartermaster doctrinal literature to accurately identify
threats to doctrine, organization, training, materiel, personnel and
facilities. Developed "The Rear Area Threat" lesson plan for the Logistics
Center and presented the lesson plan to new students.
As the Electronics Warfare Officer for G-3 Plans, 1st Armored Division,
prepared intelligence estimates, plans, annexes and briefings while in
garrison and deployed. Wrote the Intelligence Annex and Electronic Warfare
Annexes to numerous plans.
As the Squadron Intelligence Officer for an Armored Cavalry unit patrolling
the Czechoslovakian border, prepared numerous intelligence reports and
assessments on enemy forces across the border. Briefed all units assigned
to the border camp on the enemy capabilities and tactics.
Prepared first and second phase imagery reporting for the wars in
Afghanistan, Iran/Iraq, Persian Gulf and tensions in South America/Cuba,
Sub-Saharan African and Korea.
SYSTEMS ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
2008-2011: Operations and Intelligence Support to Joint Tactical Radio
Systems, San Diego, CA
Prepare and update briefing and assessments for the Airborne Maritime/Fixed
(AMF) JTRS Program Office. Manage internal and external briefing decks,
including day-to-day engagements with the operations team. Develop key
issues and talking points for internal and external deliverables, including
strategic briefs, issue papers, "personal for" correspondence for release,
responses to media and congressional inquiries, and numerous external
stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership.
Front Line Leader/Senior Systems Engineer, Booz Allen Hamilton, San Diego,

Provided system engineering, testing and analysis support for several
sponsors, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense and multiple
Combatant and Unified Commands.
2006-2008: Project Lead/Senior Systems Engineer, SYS Technology Inc., San

Managed a team of network engineers and system administrators on a task
valued at $1.35M at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) -
Pacific. Provided system engineering, testing and analysis and project
