I nstrumentation Auditor :

• Assist Sunoco’s Toledo Refinery in complying with OSHA 1910- Mechanical

i ntegrity.

• Maximize info presented in P&ID’s, loop books, various schematics, and Honeywell

DCS Monitors to locate each pneumatic, electronic, and microprocessor in the

refinery.

• Assure all critical instrumentation through the use of Asset Data Spreadsheet

(ADS) was identified and placed in EmPac (maintenance/tracking data base) with

t he correct OHSHA identifying information.

• Verify all instrumentation equipment referenced on the P&ID was setup in the

Honeywell TDC 3000 DCS data base and document correction.

• Verify all instrumentation referenced on the P& ID setup in Modicon, GE funac,

A llen Bradley field mounted plc’s, and document correction.

• Attend weekly meeting with Sunoco’s Electrical & Inst rumentation Management,

w here we discussed project progress, next week projections, and highlight

i nstrumentation problems that need immediate attention.

• B iweekly meeting with Instrument Engineers to discuss which instruments needed

to be placed in the maintenance data base.

• In teract with Operations and Drafting personnel as needed

• Enter all electrical and instrumentation asset related to the newly installed Blast

Resistant Module (BRM) information into EmPac (maintenance/tracking data base)

• Obtain asset tag information from Electrical and instrumentation engineers

• Obtain all electrical and instrumentation asset information from the field, various

engineering drawings (Electrical, P&ID’s, Panel, One-line, Cable schedules, ect.),

work scope and by any other appropriate means necessary for EmPac

• Work with Capital Project Engineers to develop Asset Data Spreadsheet (ADS) to

ensure all asset information is captured on (ADS) before placing data into EmPac

• Use (ADS) to t rack EmPac Asset entries

• Provide weekly report updates on assignment progress to Capital Projects
