Professional Experience:
Broadway Pictures, Mumbai, India (March, 2012 – February, 2013)
Production Coordinator
• At Broadway Pictures, I worked as a Production Coordinator managing their 3D animated TV series
projects. I was involved in multiple projects from their inception to their release, and was intimately involved
in ideation, planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• I conducted team meetings every week to discuss progress, issues and targets for the following week.
This helped in managing deadlines, budget, and resolving issues quickly.
• I was also responsible for resource allocation, shifting personnel from time to time to help other teams
in order to avoid project delays. This involved proactively getting commitments from team leads and
understanding of where delays could occur.
• Also, I was responsible for documenting the requirements which helped to keep track client
requirements. This document was forwarded to the team leads in order for them to accomplish the tasks as
per the requirements.
• I worked as a liaison between the upper management and individual teams of artists and was able to
communicate the requirements and deliverables between them.
Maya Digital Studios, Mumbai, India (January, 2011 – March, 2012)
Production Coordinator
• At Maya Digital Studios I worked on multiple 3D animated TV shows as a Production Coordinator. Few
of the project I worked on were Centsables (Fox Business), Adventures of Motu Patlu (Nickelodeon),
Captain Vyom, etc.
• I was responsible for simultaneously managing these projects. I developed schedules, keeping in mind
the deadlines of every project, and made sure that the quality was not compromised. I also resolved
timeline issues by proactively allocating required resources to each team and making sure they submitted
their work on time.
• I conducted team meeting in order to track deliverables, find and resolve conflicts, and discuss next
tasks that need to be accomplished.
• I had regular meetings with clients to get approvals, discuss requirements and share progress. I
documented client requirements and discussed them with the involved stakeholders, taking back any
concerns before getting final approval.
Other Experience:
Freelance (July, 2010 – January, 2011)
• I made Architectural walkthroughs for a new 10 story luxury residential high-rise building being constructed.
Walkthroughs included 3D views of both the building’s interior and exterior and were used by the developer
for marketing to potential buyers.
• I was responsible for acquiring the project from the developer. I created the project plans and formed a
team to work on this project. I also provided schedules to client and ensured the project was delivered on
time.
• I was involved in all the 3D development work of the project which included designing, modeling, texturing,
lighting, compositing and editing, and was successfully able to deliver the project on time and budget.
Awards and Achievements:
• “24FPS Awards 2010” for the movie “Metanoia” in the Best Movie, Best Lighting &
Cinematography, and Best Pre-production categories.
• The INFOCOM – ASSOCHAM EME AWARD 2010-2011 for Best Animated movie – Student
Category for the movie “Metanoia”.
Metanoia was a short film reflecting the human behavior of repentance. I was appointed as the team
leader for this project. I was involved in building the concept, story and pipeline of the film. I was responsible
for storyboarding, modeling, texturing, and animation. I also was responsible for all the lighting and
composition work in the movie. Additionally, I was part of the whole planning and designing process of the
characters, props and sets.
• Second position for making replica of Pixar short clip “BURN-E”
Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematic (MAAC) held a competition for making a replica of Pixar’s short
movie BURN-E. I was involved in the pre-production, production, and post-production of the reproduction. I
was responsible for all the lighting and composition work of the movie. I also assisted with sketching, modeling,
texturing, and animation. I successfully managed a team of 6 people to create a compelling movie within the
competition schedule.
