Objective
I am seeking a Forklift Operator / Warehouse position with your company for the purpose of
supporting daily loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, stocking and inventory control of
material and equipment. I'm a highly motived self-starter who is very comfortable working in a
team environment and have the flexibility and know how to do various warehouse duties and
procedures.
Qualification Summery
I have over 16 year of experience in operating all types and size of forklifts and warehouse
operations. Experience in the responsibly of shipping / receiving, inventory and accountability,
restock, load and unload delivery trucks, tractor trailers, and flatbed trucks of all types of
materials and equipment.
Experience in building and break down, load and unloading, inventory and accountability, and
prepping for shipping of pallets and equipment. Responsible to maintain a clean and organized
work area.
Responsible for general warehouse housekeeping, and prep area for future deliveries.
FORKLIFTS EXPERIENCE
Electric Motor
Three wheeled sit down, counterbalanced rider sit down, counterbalanced Pneumatic sit
down. Several different sizes 3K, 4K, 5K, and 6K. I have expert experience in all.
Electric Motor Narrow Aisle
High Lift Straddle, Reach Outrigger Several different reach lengths 12ft, 18ft, and 24ft.
Intermediate experience with both.
Propane Combustion
Counterbalanced sit down Pneumatic fork truck. Several different sizes 6k, 8k and 10k. I
have expert experience in all.
Rough Terrain
Vertical Mast 10K and TRAM 10K (USMC)
